Easy Spells

These Easy Spells for Wealth and Protection come from many sources. Some are spells I have found in various sources and modified for my own use. Some are adapted from Feng Shui. Some are spells I have simply created based on magical principles and correspondences. Whenever possible, I have credited the source where I originally found them, but as I have collected these over the past 20 years, many times the source has simply been lost.

I have used all of these easy spells to good effect at one time or another; many I still use from time to time. I hope that you will find them just as useful.

Gypsy Magic: The Trinka Charm

The Trinka Spell is a simple charm believed to have been originally used by the Romani people. This simple Gypsy Magic for Wealth is practiced regualrly in our home.

Welcome Lanterns

If you own your own business, or work in a place that will allow it, a welcome lantern is a great way to attract more prosperity into your life. Traditionally, a welcome lantern uses a candle, but electric light works just as well. Once you create you welcome lantern, you need only light it to activate the energy within it.

Crystals as Amulets

Malachite, Pyrite, and Jade all have wealth drawing properties. Wearing or carrying these stones will draw wealth to you more quickly. You can also keep these stones at or near your workplace for the same effect.

Easy Spells for Protection

Mirrors

An old Gypsy spell protect your home is to place mirrors around the house facing outward. This will reflect negative energy away from your home. This can also be used in your office, cubicle, or vehicle. The mirrors to not need to be seen to be effective. The easiest way is to place then reflective side out against the inside walls of the area you are protecting.

You can also enchant a mirror to act as a protective charm. The simplest way is to use an inexpensive portable makeup mirror (or compact) and draw symbols of power on it while visualizing the creation of a protective shield (like the one used in the Ground, Center, Shield Protection Spell). My wife and I created the symbol shown on the right for just this type of spell. Your symbol doesn't need to be this complex; in fact, any one or combination of the six symbols would work.

Folk Magic: The Broom and The Sword

Keeping unwanted influences out of your home is important. Your home should be a sanctuary away from the world when you need it to be. To help keep you home protected from unwanted influences, you should put up a door guardian. This is a type of Folk Magic to protect your home. My wife and I both believe in door guardians. At the front door of our home, we always have a broom and sword.

Stones and Crystals

Many stones and crystals have naturally protective properties. Keeping obsidian or hematite in a place of honor in your home will help keep out negative influences. These stones also serve as a strong anchor for Shielding Protective Spells. If you have a hard time finding obsidian or hematite, any black stone will also anchor a protective spell. To anchor a protective spell to a stone, use the same visualizations as the Ground, Center, Shield Protective Spell, but see everything as growing from the stone rather than from yourself.

Final Note

These spells, and all other spells on this site, are presented the way I cast them. This is far from the only right way of doing things. If some part of a spell doesn't feel right to you, you should alter them for your own use. By contrast, don't reject something simply because it's unfamiliar to you. The more you use any given spell, the more comfortable you will become with it and the more power it can have. Keep learning, keep trying new things, and don't be afraid to ask questions!
